Bruce Cheung

From a Muay Thai fighter to a Thai boxing coach to a CrossFit gym owner, Bruce shows his passion, persistence, and perfectionism in every scope he participates in. He loves reading books about all kinds of fitness and training-related topics, and he loves being well-prepared all the time to address his clients' objections and goals.
Salina Chong
COACH
From banded pull-ups to bar muscle-ups in 3 years, Salina is a real warrior! You will be both inspired and challenged if you have ever trained with her. She trains hard, eats well, and rests harder. She can always effectively distribute her training schedule, as well as her classes. Every one likes Salina after taking her class :)
Daniel Yuen
SENIOR COACH
If you have talked with Daniel, you know why everybody loves him. He is a good listener and advisor, with a sense of humor! If you are stuck in a bottleneck related to training, he is willing to listen, analyze, and share his experiences with you to help you overcome the obstacle. Widening his knowledge in every aspect of training is part of his daily routine. He always plans and tests programs before applying them, so his clients are not guinea pigs!
Chris Sin

You can never miss a word from Chris! Her adventurous and dynamic personality is shown through her passion for training, as well as her voice and laughter. Growing up in a large family and helping to raise five nieces and nephews has made her a great team player and an excellent communicator with kids and teens.
Mandy Choi
YOGA TEACHER / COACH
Mandy bought herself first yoga class as birthday gift in Summer 2016, and since then she cannot leave the joys and benefits from the mat! Practicing yoga fixed all the imbalances and pains caused from fencing and turn her a new page in life and is truly a “birthday gift”. Being an active person and love to learn new sports, Mandy realizes brain is one important group of muscles that should train the most. She starts to indulge in meditation, leads her to study different techniques and soon acquired mediation teacher training in Himalayas, India; and later singing bowl therapist training in Nepal.
