YOGA GROUP CLASS
Monday to Friday 7pm with different topics every night:
Mon: Yin / Yang. All levels.
Tue: Hatha 1. All levels.
Wed: Core & inversion. Beginners to intermediate
Thu: Yoga for Abs, Butts & Thighs. All levels.
Fri: Relaxing Stretching. All levels.
This is a 1-hour group class. Private classes can be arranged for group of 3 or more. Spots are limited, please contact us to reserve in advance.
